Orders. First and last name, email, phone, company name (optional), billing address, and your vehicle's VIN, which we need to program the unit.

Accounts. Name, email, phone, company name (optional) and a password. The password is stored encrypted; we cannot read it.

Contact form. Name, email, phone, company, reason, VIN (optional), subject and message, plus your IP address and browser type to stop spam.

Returns. The details of a return request you open in your account.

Tax-exempt customers. Tax exemption certificates you send us, stored privately.

Card payments. Your card number goes straight to our payment processor in their secure payment frame and never reaches our servers.

Payment processor. Card payments and fraud checks.

Sales tax service. Sales tax calculation, using the order address and items.

UPS. Your name, address and phone, to deliver your order.

Email delivery provider. Sends our order and account emails.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. How the shop is used (pages viewed, searches, items added to the cart and orders placed) and whether our ads lead to orders.

Site usage analytics. Shows us how visitors use the shop (clicks, scrolling and page layout) so we can improve it. What you type is hidden, and it never sees card details.

Cloudflare. Website security and bot protection.

Remarketing. Google Ads may use cookies to show our ads to people who visited our site. You can turn this off in your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Cookies. A session cookie that keeps your cart and sign-in, a security cookie, and cookies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, our site usage analytics, our payment processor and Cloudflare. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout and sign-in need the session cookie.

Do Not Track. Our site does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Order and account emails only. Order confirmations, invoices, payment links, support updates, email verification and password resets. We do not send marketing emails or text messages.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services above, to run the shop, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it. We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, except records we must keep by law, such as order and tax records.
